Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, submitting a form, booking a call, joining a workshop, purchasing a service, receiving deliverables, or working with AXD, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use AXD services or materials.
These Terms may apply together with service-specific proposals, onboarding forms, invoices, acceptance sheets, or written agreements. If a signed agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the signed agreement will control for that specific engagement.
What AXD Provides
AXD provides strategy-first brand, content, social media, ads, AI workflow, and growth support for SMEs. Services may include diagnostics, workshops, strategy planning, and AI agent setup.

Free Diagnostic
The Free Diagnostic is a review process intended to help AXD understand a business page, current content, and possible growth gaps. It is not a guarantee of results and does not replace a full strategy engagement.

- • Feedback is broad/directional.
- • Based solely on info provided.
- • Submission ≠ Client Acceptance.

The ₱299 Workshop is an educational offer designed to help business owners understand AXD’s strategy-first approach: Clarity + Content + Conversion.
- The workshop does not guarantee sales, viral content, or ad approval.
- Materials may not be resold, copied, or shared publicly without permission.
- Replay access/templates are only included if explicitly stated.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, assets, and feedback needed for AXD to perform the agreed work.
Scope & Revisions
Each AXD service includes only the deliverables specifically stated in your selected offer or invoice. Work outside agreed scope requires a separate quote.
Payments & Costs
Fees are stated in the invoice or proposal. Work may pause if payment is delayed. Ad spend is paid separately by the client directly to the platform.
AXD may require proof of payment, payment reference number, or payment confirmation before work begins or continues. Payment confirmations, receipt requests, and billing concerns should be sent to payments@axdstrategy.com.
Paid tools (AI subscriptions, CRM, hosting, etc.) are separate expenses unless explicitly included in writing.
Refunds & Rescheduling
Digital products, strategy work, and services involving preparation are generally non-refundable once work starts or access is granted. Missed sessions or repeated reschedules may be forfeited or subject to fees. For active client support or service follow-up, email support@axdstrategy.com.
16. Confidentiality
AXD handles non-public info with care. Not applicable to info already public or given permission to publish.
For privacy-related questions, data correction, deletion, or access requests, email privacy@axdstrategy.com.

No Guaranteed Results
AXD does not guarantee sales, leads, revenue, or platform growth. Results depend on factors outside AXD's control (market, client follow-through, ad spend, sales execution). We provide strategy and structure based on professional judgment.
AI & Human Review
Some services use AI tools. AI-assisted outputs are not final business decisions. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all outputs before publishing or sending. Clients remain responsible for customer-facing messaging and legal claims.
Usage Rights
Clients may use paid deliverables for their own business once paid in full. AXD retains ownership of its underlying methods, frameworks, and reusable systems. Clients may not resell or repackage AXD materials as their own.
15. Assets & Permissions
Clients confirm rights to shared materials. Clients are responsible for checking claim legality before publishing.
16. Confidentiality
AXD handles non-public info with care. Not applicable to info already public or given permission to publish.
17. Platforms & Third-Party
AXD does not control Meta, Google, or ChatGPT. Platform outages or algorithm changes may affect timelines.
18. Limitation of Liability
Liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service engagement.
19. Service Refusal / Pause
AXD may pause or terminate service for non-payment, abusive behavior, or unethical requests. Unpaid balances remain billable.
20. Updates to Terms
AXD may update these Terms as business evolves. Updated versions apply once posted or shared with the client.
