When you register for the ₱299 Workshop or any AXD training, AXD may collect your name, contact details, payment confirmation, registration responses, attendance details, and workshop-related communication.

AXD may use this information to:

  • Provide workshop materials when included
  • Track attendance or participation
  • Follow up with relevant AXD offers or next steps

Workshop recordings, chat messages, submitted questions, or participation details may be used internally to improve future sessions, unless otherwise stated.

Important Security Notice:

AI outputs require human review. Clients remain responsible for final approval, publishing, replies, customer communication, and business decisions.

AXD does not intentionally collect full bank account passwords, card security codes, or login credentials. Do not send sensitive financial login information to AXD. Client Responsibilities for Privacy

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the information, files, screenshots, customer data, testimonials, messages, page access, and assets they provide to AXD are accurate and lawfully shared.

Clients should:

  • Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information.
  • Remove or blur private customer data when not needed.
  • Avoid sending passwords through unsecured channels.
  • Provide access using proper admin roles when available.
  • Confirm they have rights to use shared images, videos, testimonials, files, and brand assets.
  • Review content before publication, especially claims involving pricing, health, finance, legal, property, employment, regulated industries, or sensitive topics.

Account Access and Ownership

Clients retain ownership of their social media accounts, websites, ad accounts, assets, files, and business platforms. AXD only receives limited access as needed to deliver the selected service.

  • Clients are responsible for account security and billing.
  • Clients should avoid sharing passwords when role-based access is available.
  • AXD access should be removed when no longer needed.
  • AXD is not responsible for account issues caused by platform restrictions, client-side security practices, third-party actions, or unauthorized access outside AXD’s control.
